  It was my first time here. The waitress explained how the things work and that I can take anything from self service area. So, I took my cup and filled it with frozen yogurt. The other member of staff chased me and told that I have to pay for it. Or, she can just take it and replace with a new cup. I told that I am not going to pay extra 3 pounds just for a yogurt (which was less than half filled). So she took my yogurt and just threw it away! In stead of just letting me to have it, it is deffinitely better to throw away. Brilliant logic. I found all that situation ridiculous, so 2 stars only, even the food was kinda ok.

  My friends and I decided to go to the Nando's in the bullring. We ordered our food and about 15-20 minutes later food arrived which was cold. We called a waitress over and explained that our food was cold especially our chicken in our pitta bread. She talked to the assistant manager who came over and was very rude to us. She said that we had our food for a long time, that was not correct, we had our food for only a few minutes and food does not go cold that quickly. She did finally agree to bring us another pitta out. As a result of our chicken being cold and the assistant manager being quite rude we didn't not enjoy our food or experience at Nando's.
