    Visited Costa in Next at the fort and I have to say the service was appalling! Four members of staff on a bank holiday monday were more bothered about having their own conversation and discussing their lastest relationship status than serving customer. Around 30% of the coffee shop was occupied the other 70% was full of dirty tables and we had to clean our own before sitting down. Then to hear while we were eating the staff members speaking about how much money they had 'taken' for the day! Disgraceful

    Almost every Costas I've been in all the cloths are filthy and not kept separate as my photo proves. I complaine and get the girls to clean the nozzle with a clean cloth hygiene is very important.
