  Icing on the cupcakes was stale. Toastie wasn't cooked enough, the cheese was just warm. Lots of dirty tables when we arrived, and it wasn't busy. Aside from that, the food was good and the drinks were nice.

  Worst coffee shop I have ever been to. The shop was dirty and dust sitting everywhere. I had a cupcake which did not taste nice at all. Tasted stale like it had been there a couple of days. The buttercream on top of the cake was really hard. It was no fresh at all.
  The staff did not look presentable, very unprofessional.
  I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone.
  It looks nice from the outside; but as soon as you step inside it's a different story.

  It's a pretty cafe with tasteful cupcakes and a pot of tea for every tea lover. A great pit stop!

  What has happened to this place? In two years it has gone from modern sophisticated coffee shop which was always a favourite with lovely staff to a coffee shop I will never use again that has a dirty feel, Very inexperienced staff and a broken coffee machine that's dripping all over the back counter.
