  had always enjoyed my local Costa. unfortunately my recent visit to Costa I was served by a new male staff, fairly rude too. i asked nicely for a cup of tea and gluten free brownies. I was given a tall glass for latte instead of a teacup. Still politely I asked if i can have a tea cup instead and a small saucer for my brownies. He was very unhappy to attain to my request and asked if i need anything else in a very unpleasant tone. I smile at him and said thank you. i was tempted to say to him if he could spare a "please" and smile and be polite. What has happened to Costa Colmore Row customer service?

  Filthy environment. Never cleaned upon close inspection. Dirt is unavoidable on seating downstairs.
  Fault in ventilation. Stagnant air poses health risk as flies linger around.
  Wifi is intermittent.
  In addition, consistency never present with any product. Manager seems to be unprepared for the role. Prematurely developed store.
  below mediocre standards.
